Greenfield Academy modernizes with Edu-Core

Client

Greenfield Academy needed admissions, attendance, results, and fee tracking in one system parents could trust.

Challenge

Administrators spent days reconciling fees; parents lacked a reliable portal for progress and payments.

Concept

Implement Edu-Core with parent portal access and our change-management support for teachers and bursars.

Solution

• Digitized student records and class structures
• Enabled fee plans and payment status tracking
• Rolled out teacher attendance and results entry
• Opened parent portal with announcements

Results

Fee collection follow-up became proactive, and teachers stopped maintaining parallel grade books.
